abylon CRYPTMAIL (SME Email) you can create encrypted and signed emails and send this by nearly each email program (MAPI). Only the receiver can simple open the encrypted and signed message in his email client. For this case offer abylonsoft the free Version abylon READER to decrypt data and verify your signature.

Window

1. To: Open the address book of your email client (Outlook).
2. Email adress Input field for the email address of the recipient.
3. Subject: Input field for the subject of your email.
4. Create SME and Send Button to encrypt and sign your email included all attachments and send it to the recipient:
  • Symm encryption and send:
    Submit the encrypted data to your email-program.
  • Hybrid encryption and send:
    Submit the asymmetrical encrypted data (with your certificate) to your email-program.
  • Sign and send:
    Submit the signed data to your email-program.
  • Create SME and send:
    Submit the signed and asymmetrical encrypted data (with certificate of the receiver) to your email-program.
5. RTF or TXT Button to switch between Text mode or RTF-mode (formatting possibility).
6. File functions Buttons to Open, Save and Print your text file or to add attachments.
7. Text functions Buttons to Cut, Copy and Paste text from or to the clipboard.
8. Text formats Buttons to define your own Text format (only RTF-mode).
9. Text field Input field for your message text.
10. Attachment This field show you the attachments, that you add to your email!

Ask dialog

If you open a SME file in your email client, the software will show this dialog. Here you can cancel the process, save or open the encrypted file.

1. Cancel Cancel the process without any changes.
2. Save Save the decrypted file in a directory, that you can select.
3. Open Unpack the digital envelope (SME file) and open it with the appropriate program.

The file can be only opened and / or encrypted, if you have installed the corresponding own certificate (Private Key). If you want to exchange encrypted emails (attachments) or files between your job and home, your own certificate must be installed on both computers
