Only abylon ENTERPRISE ![]()
With this module you can send your public key (PKCS#7) to another person simply by email. This person can encrypt but not decrypt data for you. Furthermore the receiver can verify your signature after the installation of your public certificate. Alternatively you can directly send your public certificate over the abylon CERTMANAGER to another person by email. In that case the CRT file is directly send and not like here a signed data sequence.
| 1. | To: | Click this button, to select the receiver in your address book. |
| 2. | Email adress | Field to input or edit the email address of the receiver. |
| 3. | Send my Public Key by Email | Click this button, to create a signed message with your public key and send it to the receiver. The receiver need also the software from abylonsoft (e.g. freeware version), to unpack your signed AXX file. |
| 1. | Open KEYEXCHANGE | Open the abylon MANAGER and click on the following symbol (icon) abylon KEYEXCHANGE. |
| 2. | Send my public key by email | Enter the receiver email address and press the button Send my public key by email. |
| 3. | Input password | If you protected your own certificate with high security, you must enter your password. |
| 4. | Public key as attachment | Your default email client will show you the automatically generated email with your public key My PublicKey.axx as attachment. If you want, you can modify or add extra text for your partner. |
| 5. | Receiver gets your public key | If the receiver open your public key attachment with software from abylonsoft, your public key for encryption will be add automatically in his local certificate database. From now, the recipient can send encrypted files to you. |
