The abylon MANAGER is the central module of the abylonsoft product family, which is very variable and flexibly developed. Over the window, quickness start menu or the symbol beside the clock you can call each individual module. Additionally the abylon MANAGER offers the possibility to add own links for further programs or important documents and files over the right mouse button. It is also possible to create shortcuts by drag & drop from the File Explorer.
| 1. | Move window | With the right mouse button pressed, the window can be moved. |
| 2. | Bring window to Top / Background | Use this button, to switch between normal Window and foreground Window. |
| 3. | Minimize | Click this button, to minimize the abylon MANAGER window to the taskbar. |
| 4. | Hide / Show details | Click this button, to open or close the extended abylon MANAGER window. |
| 5. | Close | Click this button, to close the program |
| 6. | Reset shortcuts | Reset all program linkages (symbols). This is useful, if you delete one or more shortcuts and want to restore them now. Your own linkages remain unaffected by it. |

| 9. | abylon CERTMANAGER1) | Abylon CERTMANAGER is the heart of the software, because this module administrate the certificates to encrypt and sign in all softwaremodules. Here you can select your own private certificate (PKCS#12) to encrypt and sign files, delete, copy or show entries and you can send the public certificates (PKCS#7) very easy by email to a friend. Here you will also find the LDAP Manager to add public certificates from any LDAP-Server. |

| 10. | abylon CRYPTDRIVE1) | Creates and administrates the virtual and encrypted drives.

| 11. | abylon CRYPTMAIL (MAPI - SME Email)1) | A small email client, to write emails, add attachments and send this over your standard email program (MAPI) as digital envelope (SME). |
| 12. | abylon CRYPTZIP1) | A tool to create or work with ZIP files. It is also possible to open all encrypted or signed ZIP files or to encrypted and signed normal ZIP files. |

| 15. | abylon INTERNETCLEANER1) | Remove / Destroy the cache, history and cookies on your computer (only Internet Explorer). |
| 16. | abylon KEYEXCHANGE1) | With this module you can simply send your public key (PKCS#7) by email to another person. This person can encrypt but not decrypt data for you. Furthermore the receiver can verify your signature after the installation of your public certificate. |
| 17. | abylon KEYSAFE1) | A module to save all your important usernames and password in one very high encrypted secure XML file. You just need one password to open the save and to get access to your secret entries. |
| 18. | abylon SELFCERT | This tool creates selfsigned test certificates (X.509 v3) for private usage only. It is very easy to create and you can encode your data with this certificate. |
| 19. | abylon SETTINGS | Open a dialog, to modify the options and settings. |
| 20. | abylon SHAREDDRIVE1) | Open the abylon SHAREDDRIVE.

| 21. | abylon SHREDDER1) | Destroy / Wipe your selected files with DoD II or Peter Gutman Method. This destroyed files can not be recovered by any tool. |
| 22. | abylon SUPPORT | Provide support inquiries and license key order by email. |
| 23. | Lock computer | Lock you out, so that you have to enter your password again for continuing working. |
| 24. | Status bar | Give you information about the selected module. |
