Die Software abylon SSO unterstützt den Anwender bei der Eingabe von Anmeldedaten, wie Anmeldename und Passwort. Dazu werden die Anmeldefenster einmalig durch Eingabe der entsprechenden Anmeldedaten angelernt. Diese Daten werden verschlüsselt gespeichert. In Zukunft werden nach der Legitimation des Anwenders automatisch die Anmeldedaten durch die Software abylon SSO in die entsprechenden Felder eingetragen.

Tutorial

I. The launch of abylon SSO

1.	Activate SSO	To activate this function, click the "Wizard" icon in the Setting dialog. Following is displayed that the abylon Single Sign-On is enabled.
2.	Determine legitimacy	To legitimize a variety of media can be used, such as smart cards or removable media. If several possible media on the computer are available, a list for selecting will show. The different types of cards can be deactivated in the abylon SETTINGS on site Single Sing-On > SSO Settings!
3.	Master Password	After determining the legitimacy optionally a master password can be defined. This is an additional protection of the password input. In this case for legitimacy must be insert the card and additionally also the master password.
4.	Activate automatic monitoring	For automatically monitoring in the abylon SETTINGS on site Single Sing-On > SSO Application Settingsstellungen must be enabled! To activate, press the button Activate Autolearning. Once a window is detected with a password query, this window can be trained. Once the window is reopened claims that the software abylon SSO credentials automatically in the appropriate fields. In Zukunft überwacht die Software abylon SSO alle geöffneten Fenster. Sobald ein Fenster mit Passwortabfrage erkannt wird, kann dieses Fenster angelernt werden. Sobald das Fenster erneut geöffnet wird, trägt die Software abylon SSO die Anmeldedaten automatisch in die entsprechenden Felder ein.
5.	Learn password dialogs	In future, the software abylon SSO monitors all open windows. If a window with password field are detected, the following question dialog popup. After confirmation of this question dialog with Yes your must enter your login information in these windows. These data are now entered in the login screen. For future login processes the data are stored in an encrypted file. If the dialogue confirmed with No, the corresponding password dialog ignored in the future. In the abylon SETTINGS under Single Sign-On > SSO Applications the behavior of the corresponding application can be changed.

II. Manual training of windows

1.	Open Password Dialog	Open the password dialog for learning.
2.	Select Password dialog	Open the abylon SETTINGS site Single Sign-On and click this icon:
3.	Learning	You'll see a list of all open windows. Select the window title for learning.
4.	Enter your login data	After you enter the required credentials.

III. Central Administration

Part of administrative settings are possible only in the company's version! For questions, please use our Support Form!

1.	Create, copy, delete and optimize Accounts	In the abylon SETTINGS on site Single Sign-On > SSO Accounts accounts can be create, copy, delete and optimized. For this the administrator card is required. The selection is made via the menu when you select the appropriate account. For each applications on the right site the settings can be changed, such as the application status or the login name and password.
2.	Manage and optimize Applications	In the abylon SETTINGS on site Single Sign-On > SSO Applications, the application list can be managed (only for experienced users!). This site display a list of monitored applications. Here, applications can be added, deleted or optimized. In addition, the AutoLearning can be activated or deactivated.
3.	Card Management	In the abylon SETTINGS on siter Single Sign-On > SSO Cards, the Card-list with users and application can be managed (only for experienced users!). This page is primarily for administrators in the corporate environment. Here can also the administrator card define, key cards change, deactivate or remove. Also individual accounts and applications can be managed.
4.	Other settings	In the abylon SETTINGS on site Single Sign-On > SSO Settings, key cards can set and settings changed.
